For both US medical grads and IMGs, requires Step 1-2, YOG capped at 2013, working in primary care and underserved communities

Washington MD - Clinical Experience License

For IMGs only, requires Step 1-3 and one year proof of WA residence, cannot be renewed more than once for total of 4yrs

WA MD-CE

Arizona Transitional Training Permit

For both US medical grads and IMGs, requires Step 1-2, cannot be renewed for more than 3yrs total
